Call out to Hunter Health Workers! We are running a series of workshops for our local health industry - from hospital cleaners to consultants, pharmacists to psychologists. Whatever your field, as long as it involves health, and you can show us, we would love to have you come along and get creative in our little Hum.
We've all faced incredible challenges this year and particularly our health workers. As a way of saying 'thanks' we are offering our local health community a series of 'Scrubs-Off Art' workshops. These workshops are generously supported by City of Newcastle.
Join local artist and educator Peter Lankas for this special Life Drawing session. Be inspired by the human figure, develop your drawing skills and experiment with new concepts and approaches.
There is no skill level necessary for this workshop, just an openness to come and try something new.

About Peter Lankas
Peter is a practicing artist and teacher with over 30 years experience in the process of drawing and painting across a range of media. He holds a Masters degree in Fine Art from the University of Newcastle and currently teaches painting and drawing at the Newcastle Art School (TAFE) and regularly conducts workshops throughout the Hunter region and the Central coast. He hosts a life drawing class at Hudson Street Hum every Thursday evening.
