Join Hudson Street Hum to kick-off the NEW ANNUAL Studio Art Trail – showcasing Newcastle’s emerging arts precinct. To celebrate the inaugural festival and Newcastle's thriving art scene, we will be creating a giant community artwork curated by talented local artist and muralist, Kiasmin.

Your individual piece will form part of a collaborative artwork celebrating Newcastle’s creative richness! This is a free event suitable for all ages and abilities. All materials supplied. We do require you to register to ensure we can manage numbers and enjoy some Covid-safe creativity.

About Kiasmin
Kiasmin is an artist who paints to depict the atmospheric layering of the world around her on a sensory level. Growing up on a rural property in the Hunter Valley, Kiasmin has always felt an affinity with the Australian landscape. Kiasmin utilises the stimulus, spontaneous and subconscious when creating new work in order to release processed emotion with discerning results. Kiasmin has a BA Fine Art and has taught extensively in the Newcastle Art community. Kiasmin has been exploring her professional art practice for over a decade whilst being a mother of two.
