Get into the easter spirit by creating your own unique decorative eggs using European traditions that originated in pagan times. Nina will guide you through a range of techniques she learned from her mother Ingrid, with a focus on Sorbian technique, a Slavonic minority in Saxony, Germany.
You will be introduced to a special hot wax technique that has been used for many centuries, learn about different patterns and designs and discover the tools to do this at home. Possibly creating a new easter tradition for your own family!
This workshop is designed for adults and kids to do together. As hot wax techniques are used, we require all children to be accompanied by an adult.
