Come and get your hands messy playing with clay! Pottery is one of the world's most ancient forms of creativity especially all things handbuilt. Local ceramicist, Helen Dunkerley, will share handbuilding techniques for making objects both functional and decorative. You'll get to make a variety of objects using simple pinch, coil and slab techniques. There's no limit to what you can make, bowls, plates, vases or decorative ornaments - let your imagination guide you! You'll get to decorate your works using coloured clay slips and underglazes.

Helen's classes are ideal for all wishing to create something beautiful for their home.

The ceramic pieces will be fired and returned to you as soon as possible after the workshop.
