In this introductory pinch and coil ceramics workshop you will discover the joy of working with clay using organic forms from nature as your inspiration. Under the expert tuition of experienced potter and ceramicist, Helen Dunkerley, you will create your own unique vessels or sculptures drawing inspiration from plant forms, seed pods, fruits etc. The surfaces will be decorated on the day of the workshop using coloured clay slips and underglazes. Helen's classes are ideal for beginners wishing to create something beautiful for their home through to artists wishing to extend their practice.
The ceramic pieces will be fired and returned to you as soon as possible after the workshop.
