In this workshop you will be introduced to wet-on-wet watercolour underlays followed by overlaying with observational drawing in pen. Working from coastal specimens, you'll learn line and stippling techniques to create your own detailed artwork.

She graduated from Natural History Illustration with Distinction from University of Newcastle in 2017. Through her practice, Shannon explores her connection to nature, and the beauty and diversity of the natural world. Shannon specialises in highly detailed scientific illustrations, capturing the finer details and textures of her subjects.
