Our local Nordic store, Pappa Sven, has teamed up with the wonderful people at Tessuti Fabrics and Lucy Merchant from Sonny and Scout to create an afternoon of Nordic goodness at Hudson Street Hum!
Lucy will provide you with everything you need to create the wonderful Tessuti Apron, a tunic-style, cross-back apron, in the most fabulous Marimekko fabric of your choosing.
The workshop will include a relaxing afternoon of sewing, a wonderful Nordic inspired afternoon tea and you will go home with your own fabulous Tessuti Apron.
Some sewing experience is recommended for this workshop. Spots are strictly limited so be quick.
About Pappa Sven/Sonny & Scout
Sonny and Scout (aka Lucy Merchant) is a Newcastle-based sewing teacher with over 25 years experience. She is a Sewcialist - a person who enjoys sewing, and loves connecting with like-minded others .... like Libby the owner of Pappa Sven, Newcastle's very own Nordic homewares store. These two are combining their love of sewing and beautiful material in this special collaboration made possible by the generous people from Tessuti.
