Have you ever wanted to learn the art of macramé, but not sure where to start?

Do you want to unleash your creative side and try out a new craft?

Once the basic knots have been mastered, macramé can offer a therapeutic outlet with beautiful results.

So come along and join Esther in this fun workshop where she will guide you through all you need to know to create your own stunning wallhanging. You will learn about cord options, the basic knots, trimming techniques and a few tricks of the trade! You'll leave with your new creation, a knot and pattern booklet, and a great sense of pride! You'll also have the option to purchase more string so that you can continue your macramé journey at home.

This workshop is suitable for anyone eager and willing to learn.

After a childhood spent crafting and creating, it seemed only natural for Esther to progress and study in the field. She gained a BA in Art and Design focusing on sculpting, model making woodworking, designing. The common theme being the creation of three dimensional, tangible objects.
After the birth of her two sons, Esther turned to macramé in her down time. She was captivated by fibre and knots, and the therapeutic path it allowed her to follow.
A lover of connection, Esther enjoys sharing her passion through macramé workshops.

This is a 3 hour workshop.
