This workshop is SOLD OUT. Please contact us to join waitlist. Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of mending broken pottery using lacquer with gold, platinum or silver. The philosophy of Kintsugi is that an object is sometimes broken. However, this is part of its life. Rather than throwing it away, it can be repaired and the cracks remain to show its history.

In this very special workshop, you'll use the Kintsugi technique to create your own beautiful jewellery. In this hands on fun workshop you'll use materials such as ceramics, beach glasses and shells to join pieces using the modern Kintsugi gold powder method. All materials will be supplied including jewellery clasps, clips and metal components.

On the day you will make two pieces.
- One pair of pierced earrings (or ear clips)
- One pendant top or one brooch
This workshop is suitable for ages 15+ (kids aged 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult).

All tools (individually supplied with no sharing of tools), information and written materials will be supplied.
