We're having a kids Christmas wrap party! The silly season is fast approaching and this year we're super-excited to provide a space where your kids can come and get creative and get messy making unique and personalised Christmas paper and Christmas cards. We’ll set up tables with all sorts of art materials and creative curios to help your kids create their own unique paper and cards making the gift of giving even more special. Nina Katzmarski, a graphic designer and experienced teacher will be there to assist, share designer tips and tricks and make sure your kids have fun, fun, fun! There'll be plenty of time for socialising, sharing and some special Christmas party food to keep them fuelled. Suitable for ages 6+
About Nina Katzmarski
Nina is an artist, designer, bookmaker and the founder of Katinka Press. She has worked for many years combining social work with the creative arts in Europe, Asia and Australia. Born in an East German town as the daughter of a journalist and art teacher, stories and fine art have always been a large part of Nina’s life. She spent some years wandering and travelling the world and experiencing a diverse range of cultures. Nina studied 3 years of visual arts in Amsterdam (Gerrit Rietveld Academy) and Prague (AAAD). In addition she gained a Degree in Social Work in Berlin (Alice Salomon Hochschule) - before migrating to Australia where she received a Masters in Design at COFA (College of Fine Arts) in Sydney.
