About Manda Rochester
Manda is a qualified Counsellor and Creative Art Therapist with over 15 years’ experience predominantly supporting women and families. She has her own art practice, mainly in abstract acrylics. Manda has a long history of adult education, having worked as an Educator for some years with the Australian College of Applied Psychology and facilitated many psycho-educational and therapeutic groups.
Manda is passionate about the power of creativity to awaken, empower, heal and transform and loves the sense of connection that grows in groups. She holds a gentle space for people to reignite their creative fire, to encourage them to find to a place of freedom, courage and trust in themselves and their intuition.
She is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and the Australian Clinical Supervision Association.

Workshop Schedule
What you get:
Five weeks of guided intuitive painting. You will work on one main canvas and have some light warm-up exercises as well - all art materials provided.
What to bring:
Come in comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in and you don’t mind getting a little painty! Bring your own water bottle and snacks if needed.
