Hummer Show is a group exhibition showcasing student works from Peter Lankas' weekly Painting and Drawing classes. This collection gives you a little insight into the diversity in styles and medium used in weekly explorations by participating students. You'll find everything from fast, gestural sketches through to considered, finished pieces.
Exhibition opens 9th-19th February with opening hours Tuesday-Friday, 9.30am-12.30pm

About Peter Lankas
Peter has a Masters degree in Fine Art from the University of Newcastle and over thirty years experience in the process of drawing and painting. He currently teaches painting and drawing at the Newcastle Art School (TAFE) and regularly conducts workshops throughout the Hunter region and the Central coast. Peter is a multi-award winning artist with his most recent shortlisting in the 2018 Kilgour Prize.
