This school holiday workshop is designed for High School students (Year 9-12). Guided by artist and experienced educator, Jane Lander, students will receive 2 half-days of workshops planned to loosen up the creative process, experiment and play with mixed and versatile materials.

Students will experiment with a variety of media including air-drying clay, found objects, collage, ink, charcoal, pencil and acrylic paint. Students will gain an insight into building a work up over two consecutive days, using mixed media. In addition students will learn about brush selection and technique, mixing paint and organising a palette. With these guided activities, students will demonstrate their ability to take small risks often to increase their confidence in their art making process. This workshop is ideal for high school art students keen to freshen up and improve their practice prior to heading back to school.

We are a registered Creative Kids Provider! This workshop is eligible for you to claim the $100 Creative Kids Rebate. Please contact us to find out how to access this :)
