Join artist, Jane Lander, for a portrait drawing series that offers you a chance to practice your skills with a life model in an engaging, supportive environment. These sessions invite you to explore the essence of capturing the human form, focusing on techniques for drawing realistic, expressive portraits.
Working from a life model brings invaluable experience, allowing you to observe subtle details, study light and shadow, and develop a deeper understanding of facial anatomy and emotion. Guided by Jane, you’ll receive tips on essential drawing techniques—like proportion, shading, and texture—to help you bring your portrait to life. Whether you’re a beginner looking to dive into portrait art or a seasoned artist refining your style, this class offers both challenge and inspiration.
