Join artist Myrrhine Fabricius in an afternoon immersed in the world of analog collage.

In this 2-hour session you will be introduced to the cut & paste art form of collage. You will learn how to play purposefully with found imagery and reinterpret historical materials. Get inspired by collage artists from the past and present, whilst developing your own unique style. A series of exercises will take you through the process of browsing, experimenting and beautifully crafting original artworks.

Put your phones and laptops away and come and play with us in this relaxed and creative workshop suitable for all skill levels and all Ages (under 12s to be accompanied by an adult).

She makes it her mission to work across varying scales and multiple mediums, creating textures, colours and images that suggest something about the life that unfolds in them. She hopes to continue developing her art-making to blur the line between art and architecture. Myrrhine enjoys collaborating with others to deliver unexpected work based on unique briefs.

Workshop Schedule

This workshop is held on Saturday, 1 June from 3pm to 5pm.

We supply
- expert guidance from an artist and educator
- all materials including high quality art magazines to collage from
- a selection of sample collages to draw inspiration from
- tea, coffee, or glass of wine and light snacks
