About Manda Rochester
Manda is a qualified Counsellor and Creative Art Therapist with over 15 years’ experience predominantly supporting women and families. She has her own art practice, mainly in abstract acrylics. Manda has a long history of adult education, having worked as an Educator for some years with the Australian College of Applied Psychology and facilitated many psycho-educational and therapeutic groups.
Manda is passionate about the power of creativity to awaken, empower, heal and transform and loves the sense of connection that grows in groups. She holds a gentle space for people to reignite their creative fire, to encourage them to find to a place of freedom, courage and trust in themselves and their intuition.
She is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and the Australian Clinical Supervision Association.

Workshop Schedule
What you get:
Five weeks of facilitated group activities including visual arts and journalling. All materials provided including art and writing supplies. Gloves and barrier cream provided for those who have sensitive skin. You will have an opportunity to reflect on your art process, however sharing in the group is always optional. You will come away with a partly completed visual journal to continue if you choose.
What to bring:
Come in comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in. Bring your own water bottle and snacks if needed.
